Raymond J. Bednarski, AIA, LEED AP

Raymond Bednarski, a member of the Kideney team for over 18 years, was recently promoted to Principal and Vice President. An award winning Architect, Mr. Bednarski brings a broad scope of experience to the Kideney team and a dedication to incorporating sustainable design elements to his projects where feasible. Mr. Bednarski is currently is a member of the St. Christopher's Church Parish Council. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Tracy L. Conhiser-Uy, RA, NCARB, LEED AP

Associate, Tracy Conhiser-Uy, has demonstrated her talent and enthusiasm for educational architecture and sustainable design during her 11 year career with Kideney. Ms. Conhiser-Uy has shown a dedication to every project she works on and to using appropriate green design elements in her work. Ms. Conhiser-Uy earned her Masters in Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Anne E. Dafchik, LEED AP

Intern Architect, Anne Dafchik, not only respects the environment while designing projects for clients, she does her part in helping make a more eco-friendly office environment and even rides her motorcycle to work in fair weather to reduce her carbon footprint. Mrs. Dafchik holds her Masters in Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Melissa G. Delmonte, RA, LEED AP

Associate and Interior Architect, Melissa Delmonte has been with Kideney for over 18 years and has recently spearheaded our interiors division, Audubon Interiors Studio. As a LEED Accredited Professional, she is committed to creating a greener Buffalo and has assisted in planting trees with the Olmstead Conservancy. Ms. Delmonte has a BPS in Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an AAS in Interior Design from Bryant & Stratton College.
Shannon Dennis, LEED AP

Interior Designer, Shannon Dennis, is a member of our Audubon Interior Studio and is skilled in eco-friendly design strategies and 3-D modeling. She holds a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from the State University College at Buffalo and is an Interior Designer for Kideney.
Michelle M. Ezzo, RA, LEED AP

Associate, Michelle Ezzo, has worked at Kideney for over 18 years. In her time here, Mrs. Ezzo has gained extensive experience working with hospitals, corporations, health maintenance organizations and long term care providers to create more high performance environments. Mrs. Ezzo has incorporated sustainable features that not only improve the well-being of the environment but also of the residents and staff. Mrs. Ezzo holds a Masters in Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Eric Gerken, RA, LEED AP

Executive Associate, Eric Gerken has brought talent and dedication to the multitude of projects he has worked on during his 27 year history with Kideney. Mr. Gerken brings environmental sensitivity not only to his designs but also to his everyday life. The proud owner of a hybrid vehicle, Mr. Gerken, also enjoys riding his bike to work in fair weather and growing his own organic crops. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of New Mexico and a Master's Degree from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Melissa R. Grosso, LEED AP

Interior Designer with our Audubon Interior Studio, Melissa Grosso, and is skilled in making sustainable material selections and utilizing sustainable design strategies. Ms. Grosso earned her BS in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati.
Daniel J. Jeffrey, LEED AP

Intern Architect, Daniel Jeffrey has made a personal commitment to living sustainably by using green cleaning products, reducing his carbon footprint by being more energy efficient, recycling and living in a walkable community. Mr. Jeffrey holds his Bachelors in Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Jeffrey T. Jordan, LEED AP

Intern Architect Mr. Jordan, an for Kideney, received his Bachelors in Architecture from Hobart Williams Smith Colleges and his Masters from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Joseph J. Lenahan, RA, LEED AP

Mr. Lenahan, an Executive Associate and an award winning Architect, has been with Kideney for over 18 years. As a Project Manager / Architect, Mr. Lenahan has led design teams on many sustainable projects including SUNY Fredonia's University Commons, Seneca Nation of Indians Alleghany Administration Building and M & T Bank's LEED Silver eligible branch. He holds a Masters of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Scott A. LoHouse, LEED AP

Mr. LoHouse, an Intern Architect for Kideney, received his Bachelors in Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo. With over 20 years experience as a Project Manager, Mr. LoHouse is adept at overseeing complex design and construction projects while coordinating documentation and construction administration with consultants.

An Intern Architect for Kideney in our healthcare division, Ms. Meder, has shown her commitment to the environment by helping create sustainable designs that respond to patient needs. Ms. Meder holds her BS in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
Douglas L. Morlock, RA, LEED AP

Associate, Doug Morlock, has been an integral part of the Kideney team for over 22 years. Mr. Morlock, works closely with clients to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved and that the final design meets the client's needs, incorporating sustainable features that are unique and pertinent to each individual project. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Matthew M. Owczarczak, LEED AP

Mr. Owczarczak is an Intern Architect for Kideney in our healthcare division. He is talented in BIM modeling as well as sustainable design. He received his Bachelors from the State University College at Alfred.
Carolyn A. Rugg, LEED AP

Since joining the team at Kideney Architects, Carly Rugg has been involved in the process and development of Audubon Interiors Studio. She incorporates functionality, aesthetics and the health and safety of occupants into her designs and makes sustainable choices where possible. Ms. Rugg holds her BFA in Interior Design from Kent State University and is an Interior Designer for Kideney.
Anthony M. Santangelo, LEED AP

Mr. Santangelo has been a part of the Kideney team for over 14 years. A skilled architectural designer and project manager, Mr. Santangelo, has assisted in the design of many environmentally conscious projects. He received a BPS in Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Katelyn Schreiber, LEED AP

Ms. Schreiber, Technical Writer for Kideney, earned her Bachelors from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications at St. Bonaventure, and will graduate this December.
Deborah J. Siener, CSI, LEED AP

A member of the Construction Specifications Institute, Ms. Siener, has supplied architectural design and specification writing expertise for a variety of Kideney Architects' projects over the past decade. Clients, such as governmental agencies and healthcare providers, have benefited from her high quality work and attention to detail. Ms. Siener received an AAS in Architectural Technologies from Erie Community College.
John W. Sisting, LEED AP

Mr. Sisting specializes in computer-aided graphic design, frequently using 3-D computer modeling to He has been a lecturer for SUNY Buffalo on such topics as Desktop/Web Publishing, Digital Media/Interactive Design and Modeling & Rendering and has utilized these skills to develop 3-D models for a variety of sustainable projects. Mr. Sisting earned a Master of Architecture degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Michael R. Smyntek, LEED AP

Michael Smyntek is well versed in technical detailing and BIM modeling. In his 13 years with Kideney, he has used this knowledge to enable the use of sustainable design strategies to benefit the best interest of our clients and the environment. Mr. Smyntek received his AAS in Architecture from Erie Community College.
David M. Varecka, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

Principal and Executive Vice President, David Varecka, has exemplified his acute attention detail and attentiveness to the owners' needs, project schedule and budget during his 35 years with Kideney. He has extensive experience working on sustainable building projects and as Principal-in-Charge for the planning and design of both new facilities and multi-phased renovation projects. Mr. Varecka holds his architectural degree from Kent State University.
Benjamin S. Vilonen, LEED AP

Intern Landscape Architect, Benjamin Vilonen, is an asset to the Kideney team with a depth of experience in ecology and sustainable site construction. A member of the Amherst Conservation Advisory Council, Glen Park Joint Board, and the Buffalo Niagara River Keepers, Ben actively invests himself in the preservation of his surrounding environment. Mr. Vilonen holds a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
Millie B. Walenczak-Robert, LEED AP

Ms. Walenczak-Robert recently brought 30 years of international design experience to the Kideney Architects' Healthcare Design Department. Since joining the Kideney team, she has served as Project Architect for a variety of healthcare projects. She has a Masters of Architecture from the University of Silesia in Poland.
